CL Artisan Cheeses are hand crafted from milk, Calcium Chloride, rennet and salt. No preservatives are used.
All cheeses are made from cow's milk. The milk is first pasteurised to eliminate possible harmful bacteria before turning it into cheese.
Calcium Chloride, derived from limestone, is added to the milk to strengthen the cheese curd.
Microbial rennet is used for all the cheeses and is therefore safe for vegetarian and muslim users.
